Home again, home again, jiggety jog!

Home from the Destiny Blaine Writer’s Workshop in Kingsport TN where I met a lot of fantastic people, heard some rockin’ country music and had a great time. Attended the Maya Rodale workshop yesterday sponsored by the Heart of Carolina Romance Writers and re-met a lot of people I like a lot. The workshop was informative and entertaining and well worth the time and money. Thank you, HCRW!
Now, I have to learn Photoshop Elements, design some bookcovers, finish my second Stuck in Middle book and get it out there to readers. Meanwhile, this old house demands repairs which siphons off time and energy I wish I could devote to writing. Oh well. Murphy’s Law rules most of our lives, doesn’t it?
My Pinterest site is up and under construction but I have some interesting writing articles on my Research board for any of you who are interested. Please take a look at:

Working on getting all my ducks in a row.

My book is now live on Amazon:

Also on Kindle:

And at Createspace:

Please if you buy it, let me know what you think. I’m working on the second book in the series and want to get it as right as possible before publishing.

Still trying to figure it out.

So many things going on. Final edits on the first book in my Stuck in Middle series. Designing a bookcover. Putting the elements of the book together. Trying to figure out how to add a picture of me without messing up my existing pages. Designing business cards. Planning swag for my first booksigning in October. No wonder I’m only sleeping three hours a night. No wonder I’m cranky. Craving chocolate. I hope all of you are doing better than that.

Just getting started!

Welcome to my¬†fledgling site! As I said in the title, this is a new beginning for me. I’ve produced¬†web pages within a company’s website, but never in public. Mistakes there were perhaps seen by co-workers who were kind enough to either ignore them or help me fix them. Public, please be kind.

I’m about to publish my first humorous romance series, beginning with the reluctant bride. From there, her bridesmaids will appear in the subsequent books. Once I get that rocking, I want to finalize the edits on my first suspense and follow it with the rest of the series.

The books listed in this site have had first drafts written, various levels of revision after being studiously critiqued by my great partners and will be published through Amazon as soon as I finalize them. Please bear with me.

Thank you for visiting and please come back.
